Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur serta menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap orientasi pasar, orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja,   orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja serta orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh orientasi pasar pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) sulaman karawo di Gorontalo. Unit analisis dari penelitian ini adalah UKM sulaman karawo di Gorontalo dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh unit UKM sulaman karawo baik yang sudah berbadan hukum maupun yang belum berbadan hukum pada tahun 2021  sejumlah 701 yang tersebar  di 6 (enam) kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. Tekhnik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 130 sampel. Alat analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini
